1. Shipping Overview

RicherK offers reliable and efficient shipping services across Pakistan. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery times are:

• Lahore: 1-2 working days
• Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2-3 working days
• Other Cities: 3-5 working days
• Remote Areas: 5-7 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are as follows:

• Orders over PKR 5,000: FREE shipping
• Orders under PKR 5,000: PKR 200 flat rate
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional PKR 50 fee

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier's website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us, and you may need to place a new order.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure that:

• Your delivery address is complete and accurate
• Someone is available to receive the package at the provided address
• You provide a valid contact number for delivery coordination

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

8. Partial Deliveries

In rare cases where items from your order are shipped separately, you may receive multiple packages. You will be notified if this occurs.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
• Provide your order number and details of the issue
• For damaged items, include photos of the package and contents
• We will investigate and provide a resolution

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon.

11. Holiday Shipping

During holidays and peak seasons, delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
