2. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any signs of wear, washing, or alteration
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Gift cards and promotional items
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for our team to approve your return request
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original receipt and return authorization
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
6. Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Specify the item you want to exchange and the desired replacement
- The replacement item is subject to availability
- You may need to pay the difference if the new item costs more
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
8. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item received was defective or damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The item does not match the description
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- We will cover the return shipping costs
